Today we're excited to launch Circle to the world. We've seen first hand how much time brokers lose to busywork. Every day, producers get pulled away from clients to chase down email threads, retype the same data into carrier portals, or manage endless renewal checklists. While those tasks eat up a lot of time, they don't build relationships or win business.
Our belief is simple: brokers should be able to spend their time with clients, not computers. That's why we're building Circle: an AI copilot that handles the repetitive tasks in the background. This includes mundane tasks like picking up calls, sending emails, filling out portals, and keeping submissions and renewals on track.
To make this vision a reality, we're excited to share that we've raised a pre-seed round led by Unusual Ventures, a team we've known and admired for a long time for their dedicated focus on backing enterprise AI founders and their unique method to support early-stage founders in their pursuit of product-market fit. As alumni of the Unusual Academy, we've already seen first-hand that their team doesn't just invest capital — they roll up their sleeves with founders at the very earliest stages, and their passion matches our own.
This funding will give us the ability to help solve the problems that brokers face every single day – real-time voice assistance, email orchestration, and portal automation – so submissions go out faster, renewals run smoother, and producers win back hours of their week.
This is just the beginning. Demand from mid-sized commercial brokerages is growing fast, and we're excited to keep building alongside early partners.
If you're a brokerage leader who wants your team spending less time on email and portals and more time with clients, we'd love to talk.

Meet the Founders
We started Circle to help brokerage teams focus on clients, not computer work. Our experience spans enterprise AI, developer platforms, and brokerage operations. We are building an assistant that works alongside people in real time.
